So I decided to write what I have been hearing in Lhasa. TIBET IS OPEN FOR EXPATS LIVING IN CHINA Good news for Expats living in China. Tibet is open for Expats living in China. You can now apply for Tibet travel permit via your local travel agency in Tibet. You will have to send us following document to apply for your Tibet travel permit.
