Coach�s corner can be that missing piece to the puzzle! I believe there are goals that each one of us as athletes in CrossFit have, whether that is to lose weight, become more active, gain strength, or even link reps of double-under. That is why we all show up 3-4, sometimes 5-6, and days a week. Although CrossFit �specializes� in not specializing, with its constantly varied functional movement at high intensity, some will find they need extra work to achieve a more directed goal. Coach�s corner has been that puzzle piece for me. Through one on one session, coach matt has structured a program that has enabled me to test myself, as well as, advance my strength and overall fitness level.
