Checklist of registration for a lease deed

Having a Lease Deed Registered? Find this checklist to ensure you have all things ready before you sign the deals. For Individual Owner: ID card of the Owner. Preferably Aadhar card. But passport, driving license, PAN card all work. 2 passport size photographs of the Owner. If more than 1 Owner then 2 photos of each Owner. Ownership proof. Sale Deed/ Conveyance deed but not electricity bill etc. (very often forgotten.) For Individual Tenant: ID card of the Tenant. Preferably Aadhar card. But passport, driving license, PAN card all work. 2 passport size photographs of Tenant. If more than one Tenant then 2 photos of each Tenant. Where Owner is a Company: PAN card of Company. Copy is fine but carrying original is better as registrar can insist. Board resolution authorizing the person signing as authorized signatory. Even if director in Company, this is needed.
