Australian Open: The Australian Open 2023 is a Grand Slam Tennis tournament that will be held at Melbourne Park from 16-1-2023 to 29-1-2023. It will be the 111th version of the Australian Open, the first Grand Slam of the Year, and the 55th in the Open Era. The tournament will comprise events for experienced players in Doubles, Singles, and Mixed Doubles. Australian Open: Wheelchair and junior players will contest in Doubles and Singles tournaments. Ashleigh Barty and Rafael Nadal are the Ruling Champions in Women’s Singles and Men’s Singles respectively. Barty select not to defend her name after she retired in March 2022 from the sports. Novak Djokovic, the 9 time Champion will be permitted to play this year after his ban for 3 years was overturned. The ban was initially given to him after his expulsion in 2022 as Australia’s law demanded foreigners to be vaccinated to set foot in the country when the tournament was performed in 2022.
