Two development approaches that are used to assist L&D teams through a project are the ADDIE and Agile frameworks. Many of the practises shared by the ADDIE and Agile approaches are ideologies. Both the Agile and ADDIE approaches incorporate analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation as part of their processes, however the Agile methodology differs from ADDIE in some ways.
