Although West Indies fast bowler Sheldon Cottrell has not been retained by his 2020 Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Punjab Kings for the 2021 season, he seems to be missing his former IPL team as is evident from his social media post. When an Australian cricket agent trolled him after he hit a last-ball six to help St Kitts & Nevis Patriots defeat Barbados Royals in a Caribbean Premier League match on September 2, the left-arm pacer reminded him of what happened at the Gabba, Brisbane earlier in the year. His tweet was in Hindi as he responded, "Is my agent sledging me? Show me you an Aussie without telling me you an Aussie?! Arre yaar, Gabba bhool gayi kya? (Have you forgotten Gabba)."
