After three thrilling days of cricket in the 4th Test between India and England, the stage was perfectly set for the all-important Day 4 at the Oval. The visitors lost the wicket of Ravindra Jadeja early in the day and the onus was on the experienced duo of captain Virat Kohli and vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane to score some crucial runs for their side. Rahane came into the innings on the back of an extremely disappointing series so far as he was literally playing to save his Test career. The pressure was visible on the face of the right-handed batsman and he was looking absolutely low on confidence. He was first adjudged LBW after he offered no shot to Chris Woakes' delivery but was saved by DRS. Unfortunately, the luck did not favour him next time as few balls later, he missed a straight one and was trapped in front.
