La Liga files complaint with UEFA accusing Man City and PSG of breaching �financial fair play�

In a significant development, La Liga has failed a complaint against Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City after allegedly accusing the two clubs of ?continuously breaching financial fair play regulations?. The complaint against City was lodged in April, while the one against PSG was put this week. Notably, PSG and City have both retained and signed players that Real Madrid wanted to buy this summer.
