The Prestige Palm Court is an innovative residential venture designed on 7.98 acres located in Madhavaram in North Chennai. This venture consists of five towers, 910 apartments, two penthouses and around 50 amenities developed. It uses a conceptual master plan with an aim of making the best use of space, providing privacy and making internal movements easy for the residents.
