A champion of balance, she believes joy thrives both in chasing dreams and savouring stillness. Her book The Art of Avoiding Exercise playfully celebrates comfort, laughter, and the beauty of intentional rest—without shaming fitness. Outside counselling and writing, Paula enjoys baking cookies, binge-watching mysteries, and happily debating pyjama days.
