I am a California real estate agent (DRE #02123925) with Pinnacle Realty Advisors, and I represent homebuyers across the state, from San Diego to Stockton. I bought and sold three homes as a regular buyer and investor before I became an agent in 2020, and I became one because agents seemed to offer very little value while charging a great deal of money. I charge buyers a 1% commission instead of the usual 2.5%.
