India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS) is dedicated to building leadership talent and capacity to strengthen India’s social sector. Since 2017, ILSS has been enabling professionals from corporates, government, defence, and nonprofits to drive meaningful social change through leadership and capacity development programs. Our initiatives focus on building critical skills, fostering collaboration, and promoting knowledge-sharing across the development ecosystem.
