HS Therapy – Healing Space provides compassionate counselling and wellness services in Whitby, Ontario, supporting children, teens, young adults, individuals, and couples. Our trauma-informed approach focuses on anxiety, stress, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges, helping clients feel seen, supported, and understood. We offer individual therapy, youth and teen counselling, couples counselling, and Registered Massage Therapy to support both emotional and physical well-being. In-person and virtual therapy services are available across Ontario, creating accessible care in a warm, supportive environment.
