About Eric Melchor

I'm a community builder and connector based in Bucharest, Romania. I founded 3rd Space Bucharest, a series of intimate cocktail style gatherings for 20-25 people, designed to make it easy for strangers to actually connect without networking pressure or performance. I also host Connections with Eric, a podcast about human connection, digital habits and what builds lasting relationships. I'm a Houston native now raising my family in Romania, and I've launched a kids' fitness program, taught as an adjunct professor, interviewed European tech founders and helped B2B podcasters land sponsorships. Everything I do comes back to three values: courage, curiosity and community.
