Dr. Don Peden is a personal trainer and coach living in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. With over 40 years of experience working with all ages, levels of experience and injuries. I�ve been a student, teacher, coach, senior executive, consultant, father, motivational speaker, national and international level bodybuilder and many more. I have had the privilege of working with people of all ages and experience throughout the world on how to go through major organizational and personal changes and get in the best shape of their lives.
