DelRey started its activities in 2008 as a joint venture with the construction company BestHome in the field of construction and sale of real estate in Turkey and Alanya, and this partnership led to the construction and sale of 37 successful projects. Although these projects were limited to Alanya, they were sold very quickly to customers from Scandinavia, Europe, America and Iran. In 2016, with the decision of DelRey's managers to transform the company into an international company, the company was registered in the official offices of the United States and in 2018 in the official offices of Turkey and Ukraine under the name DelRey (International Holding Group).
