Alain Cogan is a Toronto-based real estate developer, entrepreneur, and finance professional. He is the Founder, Principal, and President of Oikoi Living, a residential development company focused exclusively on purpose-built rental housing in the City of Toronto. Through Oikoi Living, Cogan oversees the acquisition, financing, planning, and development of residential projects ranging from gentle-density infill housing to large-scale rental towers. The company currently has six active projects representing more than 1,700 residential units and is involved in developments at various stages of construction, planning, and approvals.
