The 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is an intensive course for advanced yoga practitioners. Rishikesh Yog Kendra is situated in Rishikesh, a spiritual hub in India. The course is designed to teach yoga students various techniques in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, and Physiology. RYK also offers 100-hour, 200-hour, and Aerial Yoga TTC courses. Accommodation is also available for yoga students in comfortable rooms. Three satvic meals a day are included in the course. The journey also consists of spiritual outings to Kunjapuri Temple, Beatles Ashram, Parmarth Niketan, Vashishta Cave, and Sunrise Point.
