Sherpa Expedition Teams29 Jun, 2022Travel
Don?t let the height frighten you (5520m). This is a non-technical climb that will afford views for miles and miles in the Langtang region of Nepal. From the summit, you can see Mt. Sishapangma (8013m) in Tibet, the lowest of the fourteen 8000m plus peaks in the world. This is definitely a view that justifies the climb. As you trek through the picturesque Langtang Valley in the Langtang National Park you will encounter remote Tibetan style villages and be surrounded by massive snow-covered peaks. This trek is right on the Tibetan border where Buddhism is the predominant religion.
