World Malaria Day 2022 | Special support and guidance are provided from WHO to the countries towards the target of Zero malaria. In a report published on April 21, WHO reported the success rate of controlling malaria in 2020. It is revealed that in spite of the Covid -19 pandemic, the cases of malaria in most countries were zero. As per the initiative of E-2020 that was launched in 2017, WHO has supported 21 countries in their efforts to get to zero malaria cases within the 2020 timeline.
