Wooli Oysters

Wooli is famous for oysters and as the most pristine river in NSW provides the best location in NSW to grow and harvest oysters. The oyster beds are easy to see in the river and you will often see the oyster farmer out tending the beds. The Wooli Oyster Shop is the place to secure some of these beauties when in season from October through until early March.
