Why schools should focus more on Practical knowledge than Theoretical knowledge?

Theoretical knowledge and Practical knowledge are two faces of a coin. Both have their significance, both play an important in the student?s life. Without theoretical knowledge how can one perform the actions? And without practical knowledge how can one gain experience? Both are complementary to each other.
