Why My eM Client Not Receiving Emails?

There are different reasons to look into if you are unable to receive emails using eM Client. Carry out the simple steps given on our website to fix the eM client not receiving emails issue. Step 1: Open the Control Panel window on your computer. Step 2: Click the Programs option and select the Uninstall Program. Step 3: A window with all the applications present on the Windows computer will open. Step 4: Locate and right-click the antivirus application installed, select the option Uninstall.
