Everyone even those who have got all positive results in their medical checkups should hit onto some routine exercises. Be it gym, running, cycling, swimming, anything that interests you and in a way make you healthy and cheerful the rest of the day. If you are healthy, you are happy and this is the only reason I found myself enough motivated to hit the gym.
