Automation/automated testing can be performed in software development projects where the codes change very frequently. They offer many benefits. However, automating all the test cases may not be beneficial. The repetitive test cases along with the ones that remain unchanged till the product delivery should be identified for automating. Outsourcing software development is also a great option where the third-party takes care of testing.
