The white truffle oil is only served fresh over several dishes such as risotto, vegetables, pasta, or eggs. The remaining heat of the cooked dish is enough to release the aroma of white truffle olive oil. Also, it enhances its natural pungency. The aroma and its unique flavor will be lost when the truffle oil is cooked or overheated. There is no comparable experience to eat white truffle oil.
