I once visited a workshop where a worker cut his hand badly, but no one nearby knew how to clean the wound properly or stop bleeding. It took time, ambulance response, and a lot of worry. If everyone had basic first aid knowledge, the response would have been immediate and much smoother. First aid is not just for trained responders. It’s something every employee should share—because you never know when someone will depend on your knowledge and ability.
