When and how does pregnancy happen?

Pregnancy is actually a very complex process that consists of several phases. It all starts with sperm cells and an egg. Sperm are tiny cells that are made in the testicles. Sperm combine with other fluids to form semen, which comes out of the penis during ejaculation. Millions and millions of sperm are released every time you ejaculate ? but it only takes 1 sperm cell to meet an egg for pregnancy to occur.
