Any changes in the tickets purchased by the passenger that lead to enhanced facilities available with the airline can be initiated through the online portal of the airline. The steps for it are as given: Ruffle through the official website of American Airlines. Scan over the page to find the My Trips icon and enter the required details, like the last name and booking reference, to retrieve your booking. Browse through your panel to find the Upgrade My Ticket option and click on the same. Select the required fare type, make the payment if required, and then make the final submission. The airline will send a confirmation mail in case after the successful completion of the process.
