Buttock implants are more "harder" than breast implants. It is made of synthetic rubber that does not impart the chance of spillage. The method ends with placing a small entry point over the muscles in the sitting area and under the scarf. Muscle augmentation was well known before this method, but it only increased part of the buttocks instead of the entire area.
