What is the Negative Photoresist Procedure?

Discheminc10 Aug, 2021Other

A negative photoresist procedure involves the exposure of some portion of the photoresist to light to become insoluble to the photoresist developer. The photoresist developer dissolves the part of the photoresist that has not been exposed. Negative acting resists are a popular alternative for creating printed circuit boards whenever quality and cost are critical. They have high chemical resistance and outstanding image reproduction.
