They are both great devices to use for reading digital books and keeping a digital library. If your goal is just to read books, look for something that offers comfort. On the other hand, a tablet is heavy due to its high-end parts used to manufacture the product and give it it�s high power capabilities. However, a tablet comes with more functionalities compared to an e-reader.
