Stockinette is a soft elastic usually cotton fabric used for many purposes especially for packaging animal carcasses. Stockinette is also known as Mutton Cloth primarily because its orignal use was for wrapping of meat. Stockinette also been called Cheese Cloth for draining or wrapping cheese while the Soft Stockinette (Muslin Cloth) can make an excellent lightweight swaddle for newborn babies. STOCKINETTE_ROLLS
