What is MJF 3D printing, or Multi Jet Fusion?

MJF 3D printing is a Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) method, like SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), that employs a heat source to fuse particles inside a build chamber filled with thermoplastic powder (often nylon or TPU). However, unlike SLS, Multi Jet Fusion does not need a laser to complete its process. Instead, infrared radiation and a fusing agent are used to create the individual layers of the component.
