EDI 990 is a load tender response that is used exclusively in the transportation industry to verify whether the particular shipment will be picked or not by the shipper. This transaction will contain carrier acceptance, conditional acceptance or decline, if the shipment declines by the shipper, it can also contain the information on conditional acceptance or the decline of the load tender response.
