A matrix is made up of two or more levels. The first level is the left column, the second level is the top row, and the third level is the right column. The matrix is designed to reward people who recruit new members to the company. There are different positions in the matrix that are filled by different levels of distributors. In this type of compensation plan, a distributor can move from one level to another by sponsoring other distributors.
