20/200 vision is a measure of visual acuity. It means that what a person with normal vision can see clearly at a distance of 200 feet, someone with 20/200 vision would need to be only 20 feet away to see with the same clarity. In other words, their vision is significantly impaired. This level of vision may necessitate the use of corrective aids such as glasses, contact lenses, or in some cases, surgical intervention.
