This term is used a lot, it is often used in anger or conversations to describe a vehicle that isn't performing well. But what exactly is considered a junk car? Many people imagine an old, rusty car sitting in a driveway or on the lawn. A car that doesn't work anymore is also considered junk. This is in addition to the image I have from way back. It's possible to imagine someone kicking their car's tire because it stopped working on the highway.
