Many customers are pleased with Delta's customer support and express satisfaction with how its agents who are on the phone deal with questions and issues. There are a few clients who've had bad experience with call delta airline reservations. One of the biggest issues is the situation where Delta codeshares flights in conjunction with different airlines. It is when a passenger buys a ticket from Delta however; the flight is run by a different airline. When this happens, the problems and issues with the flight are difficult to resolve.
