Western Digital's e-commerce segment made a courageous impression by engaging with consumers on a daily basis. However, they confronted a challenge in reaching their B2B customers who preferred offline purchases after carefully testing the product's capabilities. We took on the challenge by immersing ourselves in their world, creating their revolutionary Offline Experience Store that offers consumers the eventual WD taste sensation. By integrating RFID technology straight into the product and featuring a large, effortlessly visible display screen, we have made the design both instinctive and self-explanatory. This advanced solution make sure that users can effortlessly understand and interact with the product's functions without any confusion or need for additional instructions.
