Al Yaqoub Tower is a tall building in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower reached its peak in 2010 and was completed in 2013. Problem: To avoid seepage from wet areas and make structures durable. Application: Waterproofing structures of Al Yaqoub Tower by crystallization. Conclusion: We have suggested waterproofing by crystallization. It is an economical waterproofing system for structures in the form of dry powder. When applied it becomes an integral part of concrete, so cannot puncture or tear.
