Showing confidence in their batters in testing conditions, captain Virat Kohli opted to bat first and even announced an unchanged playing XI from the winning team at Lord's. However, soon after the toss, it was Wasim Jaffer's meme that became a talking point on the internet. Jaffer reacted to Kohli's toss win after he had not won the contest in 8 matches in a row.
