Well, I believe we can eradicate most of the wall noise from adjacent neighborhoods. No, it won?t be inexpensive, and it is surely not free, but it is possible. Obviously, as a young man, I can remember hiking on mountains and trails above the canyon and listening to a train go below it. Once in a while, the noises and vibrations from the train would be cancelled out by the noise bouncing off the opposite side of the canyon wall. The two different sounds will cancel each other out.
