It's no surprise that the most popular time to visit Tanzania is during the dry season. It lasts from July to September and has warm days, clear blue skies, and excellent game viewing. However, a short dry season runs from December 30 (just in time for Christmas!) to February. Rain typically falls from March to May, briefly in October/November. Nevertheless, our Tanzania travel tip would be not to let the rain dampen your spirit!
