USE OF ENDOTRACHEAL TUBE IN SURGERY.

Endotracheal Tube is a flexible, plastic tube inserted through the mouth or nose into the trachea, also known as the windpipe, to assist patients in breathing. In the majority of emergencies, it's inserted into the mouth. The tube will be connected to the ventilator or breathing machine to deliver oxygen to the lungs. The procedure that involves inserting the tube into the trachea is called Endotracheal Tube intubation (EI).
