Before we even begin talking about challenge coins, let?s make one thing clear ? challenge coins aren?t really coins per se. Yup, you read that right! In fact, they aren?t even made by the US Mint. Instead, they are made by small companies, and they aren?t supposed to be traded like real currencies. So what are these? Well, simply put, challenge coins are medallions and novelty pieces that carry the logo or emblem of an establishment or an event issued to members or participants.
