A sauna is a little chamber or area with low humidity and high temperatures used for heat sessions. Sauna bathing, sometimes referred to as sauna therapy, is a long-standing and well-accepted practice across many cultures globally. Saunas are frequently used to promote common well-being, relieve stress, and boost relaxation. Several techniques heat traditional saunas, including electric heaters, wood-burning stoves, and infrared technologies. As a result of the heat these sources produce, the sauna becomes hot and muggy and thus warms the surfaces and air inside. During a sauna session, people usually sit or lie in the room for a predetermined amount of time to sweat and benefit from the therapeutic effects of heat exposure.
