Trademark Registration Process in India

After due diligence by the Trade Mark Registry, if they find out that the Wordmark/Device Mark (Logo) filed by the Applicant deserves the Registration and Protection under the IP Act, they accept the application of Trademark. After this, the same goes for the Journal and get Advertised. After 120 Days of Journal, the Department issues the Trademark Registration Certificate.
