Leaders are often encouraged to “speak confidently,” but confidence without clarity does not hold attention. Clarity does. A simple structure works across almost every leadership environment: what the discussion is about, what matters most and what needs to happen next. This structure reduces rambling, lowers cognitive load and helps the room align quickly. It frees people from guessing your point. It also signals that you respect their time.
