Imagine this! Your organisation tries to resolve one problem, only to realise that it?s interconnected with several other community challenges. Does this sound familiar to you? Many stakeholder groups have various needs or concerns, and it?s challenging to make sense out of all of them. Resources may be scarce, and on top of that, you are asked to do more with less. This is where the design thinking approach comes into play. A flexible approach with many applications, design thinking or human-centred design is an iterative and creative approach to solving problems that focuses on humans at the centre of the process.
